North Florida Archers Meeting Minutes

August 5, 2025

The regular monthly club meeting of North Florida Archers was called to order at 6:00 pm by Butch White, Club President

1. REVIEW OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
   • The minutes for the previous meeting were reviewed by Jeremy Hall, Club Treasurer, and accepted.
2. REVIEW OF TREASURER’S REPORT
   • The Treasurer’s report was reviewed by Jeremy Hall Club Treasurer and accepted.
3. OLD BUSINESS OR OPEN ISSUES
   • Portalets are new and moved.
   • Florida 3D Circuit had 43 Shooters on July 26^th
   • Last Club Monthly 3D was held on July 27^th
   • Next Shoot will be Extreme/Ethical Shoot in November date TBD
   • IRS paperwork is being resubmitted for tax exemptions
   • Crossbow Lane is open.
     • Crossbows are ONLY allowed for use on this tuning lane
     • Field points ONLY.                      
   • Discussed possibly running electric to the shooting shed/ practice range
4. Motion to adjourn the meeting was made at 6:26PM and carried.
