North Florida Archers Meeting Minutes

• The regular monthly club meeting of North Florida Archers was called to order at 7:17 pm by Butch White, Club President

1. REVIEW OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
   • The minutes for the previous meeting were reviewed by Nicole Smith, Club Secretary, and accepted.
2. REVIEW OF TREASURER’S REPORT
   • The Treasurer’s report was reviewed by Jeremy Hall Club Treasurer and accepted.
3. OLD BUSINESS OR OPEN ISSUES
   • Recap of Traditional Rendezvous Event
   • Upcoming events June 8th- Club Shoot, June 22nd Florida ASA
   • Last Working Man Tuesday Night Shoot is July 8th June 24th (jp)
   • A motion was passed to move the Club Monthly shoot in July from July 20th to July 27th
   • We will be implementing monthly reminder emails to those members whose memberships are expiring in the upcoming month.
   • Cost of memberships to increase January 1st
     1. $85.00 for Individual
     2. $100.00 for Family
4. Motion to adjourn the meeting was made at 7:47pm and carried.
