North Florida Archers Meeting Minutes

April 2, 2024

• The regular monthly club meeting of North Florida Archers was called to order at 7:46pm by Butch White, Club President

1. REVIEW OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
   • The minutes for the previous meeting have been posted on the website, motion to suspended reading of minutes.
2. REVIEW OF TREASURER’S REPORT
   • The Treasurer’s report was reviewed by Jeremy Hall, Club Treasurer and accepted.
3. OLD BUSINESS OR OPEN ISSUES
   • IBO and ASA tournament recap, good turnouts for both events, thank you to all volunteers who made it possible.
   • Jeremy Hall is still waiting for a response from the IRS.
4. NEW BUSINESS
   • Set up for Florida 3D event will be Friday April 12th at noon, volunteers are needed.
   • Jeff Harrison will be donating pulled pork for Florida 3D event, club will purchase baked beans, and cook hot dogs to sell for lunch.
   • Set up for the Rendezvous will begin on Wednesday April 17th, volunteers are needed.
   • The city of Jacksonville will begin mosquito fogging and the club will be added back into the rotation.
   • The city of Jacksonville will demo the green trailer and repair the road by the end of April.
   • Discussion of placing a refrigerator outside of the locked shed with water available was discussed and tabled for future discussion.
   • New Jacksonville Sheriff Officer on site, gates for park will not be open until 7:30am. Any campers for events are advised once they come in at night, they will not be able to leave and re-enter the facility.

• Motion to adjourn the meeting was made at 8:21pm and carried.
