North Florida Archers Meeting Minutes

April 1, 2025

• The regular monthly club meeting of North Florida Archers was called to order at 7:30 pm by Jeremy Hall, Club Treasurer

1. REVIEW OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
   • The minutes for the previous meeting were reviewed by Nicole Smith, Club Secretary, and accepted.
2. REVIEW OF TREASURER’S REPORT
   • The Treasurer’s report was reviewed by Jeremy Hall Club Treasurer and accepted.
3. OLD BUSINESS OR OPEN ISSUES
   • IRS paperwork is still in the processing status, they did not give a time frame for approval.
   • President Butch White has gotten a new contact with the City of Jacksonville to get the road patched and old trailer hauled off
   • Next monthly shoot Sunday April 6th, volunteers will be needed Saturday at 9am.
   • Traditional Rendezvous April 25-27, Volunteers will be needed for set up starting on April 22nd

• Motion to adjourn the meeting was made at 7:38pm and carried.
