North Florida Archers Meeting Minutes

March 4, 2025

  • The regular monthly club meeting of North Florida Archers was called to order at 6:00 pm by Justin Connally, Club Vice President
  1. REVIEW OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
    • The minutes for the previous meeting were reviewed by Nicole Smith, Club Secretary, and accepted.
  2. REVIEW OF TREASURER’S REPORT
    • The Treasurer’s report was reviewed by Jeremy Hall Club Treasurer and accepted.
  3. OLD BUSINESS OR OPEN ISSUES
    • The city has approved of the crossbow range to be added.
    • Club Monthly Shoot on March 9th, volunteers needed Saturday March 8th at 930 to set the range
    • IBO Traditional East Coast Championship- March 21-23. Volunteers needed to set up beginning the Tuesday prior.
    • It was voted on to name the Traditional Walk Around in memory of Lifetime Member Jack Farhart.
    • Mike Chesser will be heading up designs for plaques or signs for both The Jack Farhart Memorial Trad Range, and The Shea Field Walk Around Course.
  • Motion to adjourn the meeting was made at 6:15pm and carried.
