North Florida Archers Meeting Minutes

• Meeting was called to order by Billy Loudermilk. The Pledge of Allegiance was given and a moment of silence was observed for our men and women serving at home and abroad.

• There were no minutes from the previous meeting.
• The treasures report was given by Lesa Clifford and accepted as read by the membership.

• Billy discussed the club lease extension with the City. The request has been submitted and is being reviewed by the Parks Department.
• The liability insurance was discussed and adjustments are possible for this year.
• A discussion was held about requiring wood arrows for the Longbow class.
• It was agreed that further discussion and a possible vote would be posted on the club website for the March meeting.

• An increase in trespassing on club property was discussed.
• Several recommendations were made and further discussions will be held at the March meeting.
• It was proposed and approved to give Billy Loudermilk an honorary lifetime membership.

• The yearly election of officers was held with the following results.
• Ben Butler Sr. Range Officer, Don Williams Secretary, Lesa Clifford Treasurer, Wil Clifford Vice President, Michael Chesser President.

• 4 board positions were replaced or added.
• New Board members are Shannon Bailey, Debra Lowe, Scott Carnes and Rick Crose.
• There being no further business, a motion was made and seconded to adjourn.
