If you wish to pay via check, simply download and print the application form using the link above, complete the form and mail it with your payment to the address shown on the application form.
When the gates are open during an event, you may also pay directly at the club with cash, check or credit card. You may either print a copy of the application using the link above and bring it with you or obtain an application from the club's bulletin box located under the blue pavilion next to the door.
Complete and sign the form marking "paid with cash/check/credit card" on the form. If paying with cash or check, secure it in your folded form or an envelope you brought with you, then place it in the silver plated "Drop Box" marked on the pavilion wall next to the door.
If you prefer, you may pay online using the below QR code or "Online Membership form" link. You may use your credit card to pay if you do not have a Paypal or Venmo account.
Please Note: By paying online you acknowledge that you agree to, and accept the terms as listed on the membership form and repeated below in the "Assumption of Risk (Including Release and Waiver of Liability)" clause.
Assumption of Risk (Including Release and Waiver of Liability)
I do hereby release, hold harmless, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue, North Florida Archers Inc, the membership, other participants, the city of Jacksonville, and the United States Navy from liability for any losses, damages or personal injuries incurred while on the surrounding restricted properties of the archery ranges, whether participating, competing, officiating, observing, working for or any other purpose. I fully understand, acknowledge, and agree that archery events are dangerous and involve the risk of serious injury and/or death. This agreement is as broad and inclusive as permitted by state and federal laws.

Note: Membership applications are processed once a month and sent via USPS to new members the first weekend after a club meeting. Club meeting dates are posted on the website under the "Event Calendar" link on the home page.
