North Florida Archers Meeting Minutes

The regular monthly club meeting of North Florida Archers was called to order at 7:08 pm by Butch White, Club President

  1. REVIEW OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
    • The minutes for the previous meeting were reviewed by Jermey Hall, Treasure, and accepted.
  1. REVIEW OF TREASURER’S REPORT
    • The Treasurer’s report was reviewed by Jermey Hall, Treasure, and accepted.
  1. OLD BUSINESS OR OPEN ISSUES
    • Recap of the Rendezvous Traditional Shoot
    • The Navy will be conducting water testing which will affect some shooting areas. Please be mindful when going around the ranges.
    • The May monthly shoot was voted on moving from the 16th to the 17th due to scheduling conflicts.
    • IBO East coast Championship is May 29-31st
      1. Setup is Wednesday and Thursday May 27-28
      2. 4-H will be providing lunch
    • The new website is active.
  2. Motion to adjourn the meeting was made at 7:38pm and carried.
