Call to Order = Butch White

Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence

Reading of last month’s minutes – not available, so waived reading the minutes.

Financial Report – Accepted as is.

New Business:

1. Monthly Shoot is April 11th
   1. Set up will begin at 7:30 on Saturday morning
   2. Traditional shot-gun start about 8:30, dependent on set up
   3. Compound start after traditional has been out (9-9:15)
2. Tom Swift Challenge – 04/24-26/26
   1. Set up on Wed & Thursday
   2. 4-H will provide lunch on Saturday and Sunday
3. Buckles and Coins have been ordered and paid for. Enough was ordered to last about 4 years
