OLD BUSINESS OR OPEN ISSUES
- Field Shoot that was held at the club in May was a success. The club is considering adding more field shoots to the schedule for next year.

- The bid is still out with the City of Jax. The club will hold off on any major expenses until the bid is approved and finalized.
- The electronic gate is still in the works; on hold until bid is finalized.
- New mower was purchased. Cutting the entire grass area took under 2 hours to finish versus 1 to 2 days with the old mower.
NEW BUSINESS
- Club monthly shoots for Traditional and Compound coming up this week. Abbi will post request for volunteers to set up on FaceBook page.
- Club Sponsorship program is on hold until final bid. The web page needs some work. There needs to be a link to each Sponsors web page along with information explaining how to become a sponsor. Also, it would be helpful to have a Paypal link added.
- Target fund donation yearly winners will receive a prepaid Visa gift card instead of Green Acres gift card. The amount of gift card will vary from year to year depending on donations.
OPEN DISCUSSION
- There was a motion made to purchase new targets-Pronghorn, Velociraptor and Alligator. Also to purchase new Reinhart targets and replaceable cores. Motion was voted on and passed.
- Motion was made to purchase 2 new ASA targets and 28 cores; this is the last opportunity of the year to purchase from ASA shoot. Approximately will cost $3000. Motion was voted on and passed.
