North Florida Archers Meeting Minutes

June 6, 2023

• Call to Order = Butch White
• Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence
• Suspended reading of last month’s minutes
• Financial Report – Total ending cash balance $14,850.81
• Old Business:
  • Cores for Delta McKenzie targets were picked up.
  • Discussed May Monthly Shoots
  • For upcoming ASA & 3D Circuit Shoots – will look into renting 2 additional port-a-lets for those weekends.
  • August is going to be a busy month:
    • TBOF Fall Championship – Aug. 4-6
    • Monthly Shoots – Championship weekend Aug 19-20
    • TAS Anniversary Shoot (10 years) – Aug 25-27
• New Business:
  • Will inventory awards and order any additional as needed.
  • June Events that we will be hosting:
    • June 24th & 25th – Monthly Shoots
  • Abby is going to work on designing new jersey’s, and will present them at monthly meeting when she is done.
