North Florida Archers Meeting Minutes

July 11, 2023

• Call to Order = Butch White
• Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence
• Reading of last month’s minutes
• Financial Report – Total ending cash balance $15,542.61
• Old Business:
  • Discussed July Monthly Shoots
  • For upcoming ASA & 3D Circuit Shoots – will have extra cleaning of port-a-lets each Friday.
  • August is going to be a busy month:
    • TBOF Fall Championship – Aug. 4-6
    • Monthly Shoots – Championship weekend Aug 19-20
    • TAS Anniversary Shoot (10 years) – Aug 25-27
• New Business:
  • Butch talked to the city about getting the road worked on.
  • Butch talked to city about getting indoor restrooms built. Will have additional meeting.
  • July Events that we will be hosting:
    • July 22nd & 23rd – ASA State Championship
    • July 29th – 3D Circuit Championship. NFA will provide lunch.
  • Abby is going to work on designing new jersey’s, and will present them at monthly meeting when she is done.
  • TBOF would like to have a 4th shoot each year. Would like to host at NFA in December. More information to come.
