North Florida Archers Meeting Minutes

The regular monthly club meeting of North Florida Archers was called to order at 6:00pm by Butch White, Club President
REVIEW OF TREASURER’S REPORT
- The Treasurer’s report was reviewed by Jeremy Hall, Club Treasurer, and accepted.
OLD BUSINESS OR OPEN ISSUES
- The gate code has been changed. If you did not receive an email, please reach out so we can add it to the roster.
- The gate keypad had to be replaced due to damage during a storm that caused it to no longer be programable.
- The 4-Wheeler is out for repair.
- The club purchased 2 new broadhead buck targets for use in preparation for bow season.
- The range officer position is open. Any interested members please contact Butch White for details.
- The IRS has not provided any additional information since the re-establishment of the EIN number other than the paperwork will be submitted in the order which it was received.
- City of Jacksonville has been contacted regarding the repair the road and to remove the trailer. A date has not been provided as to when it will be completed.
NEW BUSINESS
- Discussed future plans for new shooting platform for the broadhead area.
- Brooks Rehabilitation will be doing a trial run of having a shooting league weekly in October. The 20-yard bales are closed during the events.
- The 4-H program will begin in September.
