North Florida Archers Meeting Minutes

The regular monthly club meeting of North Florida Archers was called to order at 6:08pm by Butch White, Club President
- REVIEW OF TREASURER’S REPORT
- The Treasurer’s report was reviewed by Jeremy Hall, Club Treasurer, and accepted.
- REVIEW OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
- The minutes for the previous meeting were reviewed by Nicole Smith, Club Secretary, and accepted.
- OLD BUSINESS OR OPEN ISSUES
- Florida State ASA Meeting is coming up. Discussed our ideal tournament date.
- The 4-Wheeler has been repaired.
- Gate opener damaged during storm. Will be repaired next week.
- 4-H resumed in September- schedule TBD
- Extreme/Ethical Shoot will be held November 16 and 17th, consisting of 2- 20 target rounds.
- NEW BUSINESS
- Discussed creating an online membership link for new and renewal application
- Discussed new targets for the 2025 ASA tournaments, big horn sheep and bedded buck.
- Motion passed to purchase an additional conex for targets.
