North Florida Archers Meeting Minutes

November 5, 2024

• The regular monthly club meeting of North Florida Archers was called to order at 6:05 pm by Butch White, Club President

1. REVIEW OF TREASURER’S REPORT
   • The Treasurer’s report was reviewed by Jeremy Hall, Club Treasurer, and accepted.
2. REVIEW OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
   • The minutes for the previous meeting were reviewed by Nicole Smith, Club Secretary, and accepted.
3. OLD BUSINESS OR OPEN ISSUES
   • Florida State ASA tournament date for July 5th.
   • Conex has been delivered and set up. We will be adding shelves to match the old conex.
   • Gate has an electrical issue. Parts have been ordered.
   • Extreme/Ethical Shoot will be held November 16 and 17th, consisting of 2- 20 target rounds. Set up will be on Nov 14th and 15th. Volunteers are needed.
   • Online membership link has gone live on the website.
   • IRS has begun to process the renewal application for the non-profit organization designation, and we will be notified within 6-8 weeks.
4. NEW BUSINESS
   • TBOF shoot Dec 7th. Setup Dec 6th volunteers are needed.
   • End of the year awards banquet Nov 30th. RSP due by Nov 17th. Cost is $25/person. All members are invited.

• Motion to adjourn the meeting was made at 6:45PM and carried.
