North Florida Archers Meeting Minutes

June 3, 2025

• The regular monthly club meeting of North Florida Archers was called to order at 6:45 pm by Butch White, Club President
• a) REVIEW OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
  • The minutes for the previous meeting were reviewed by Nicole Smith, Club Secretary, and accepted.
• b) REVIEW OF TREASURER’S REPORT
  • The Treasurer’s report was reviewed by Jeremy Hall, Club Treasurer, and accepted.
• c) OLD BUSINESS OR OPEN ISSUES
  • City of Jacksonville has repaired the gravel in the driveway, and we are still on the list to have the green trailer demolished
  • IRS status is still pending
  • Monthly shoot June 8th, set up June 7th at 10am
  • State ASA tournament June 22nd, set up June 21st at 10am
    • Club will be offering subs, chips and drinks for lunch.
• d) Motion to adjourn the meeting was made at 7:47pm and carried.
