The regular monthly club meeting of North Florida Archers was called to order at 6:05 pm by Butch White, Club President

b) REVIEW OF TREASURER’S REPORT

• The Treasurer’s report was reviewed by Justin Connalley, Vice President, and accepted.

c) OLD BUSINESS OR OPEN ISSUES

• Crossbow lane has been opened.
• The IRS paperwork is in the process of re-submission.
• Repairs to the gate have been completed.
• Ethically Extreme Shoot has been scheduled for November 15 & 16.
  • Each range (Ethical or Extreme) will have 20 targets.
  • You may pay to complete ranges as many times as you would like; highest score will be kept for awards.

d) ADJOURNMENT

Motion to adjourn the meeting was made at 6:20 PM and carried.
