The regular monthly club meeting of North Florida Archers was called to order at 5:57 pm by Butch White, Club President
The minutes for the previous meeting was reviewed by Jeremy Hall, Club Treasurer and accepted. The Treasurer’s report was reviewed by Jeremy Hall, Club Treasurer and accepted. The upcoming NFA Christmas party will be held on December 9th starting at 6:00 pm. See FaceBook or the club website for more details. The new door for the storage building has been ordered. The club will be responsible for framing out the doorway before installation. IRS application has been filed and may take up to 3 months to process. Going forward the club will be filing a 990 form with the IRS each year. There will be no additional penalties due. Abbi continues to work on putting together an order for new Archery jerseys for the upcoming year. With great sadness, announcement was made of Mike Shea’s passing. See the club website for more details regarding funeral arrangements. Due to Mike’s passing, Debbie and Mike Chesser volunteered to help out with the membership coordinator responsibilities. Abbi will talk to Susie this week to discuss what needs to be done to catch up with new memberships. Abbi will call Debbie and Mike to inform them if any help is needed. Tim Mosley, Jeremy Hall and Abbi Williams volunteered to take over some of the ASA responsibilities in lieu of Mike’s passing. Mike Chesser proposed that some type of memorial be erected at the club for Mike Shea. Discussion was made to name the Compound walk-around range the "Mike Shea range". Window decals for vehicles are in and for sale at the club for $10 each. Motion to adjourn meeting was made at 6:23 pm and carried. Meetings minutes completed by: Debbie Chesser, Club Secretary
