Call to Order = Butch White

 

Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence

 

Reading of last month’s minutes – suspended because secretary was not present.

 

Financial Report – Accepted as is.

 

New Business:

 
    1. Extreme/Ethical Shoot:
      1. November 15-16
      2. Set up Friday 11/14
      3. Awards will be for Compound Men/Women, Traditional Men/Women
    2. Will be hosting the TBOF Warm-up on December 6th
    3. Will be hosting the IBO East Coast Championship
    4. Website = expire in January 2027, have to work to have the pages rebuilt:
      1. 3 years will be $2,963 and then will pay yearly hosting fee
      2. Jim will work on getting the website payment transferred to the archery club, and will work on getting website rebuilt and switched over.
