– suspended because there was no Sept. meeting.
Financial Report – Total ending
cash balance $21,268.32
Old Business:
- Discussed the status of the
application for non-profit with the IRS.
- 4-H is back to having their
monthly meetings.
New Business:
- The Extreme Shoot is December
9th with a 9am shotgun start. There will be 30 targets.
- Christmas party will be
December 9th at the Moose Club on Collins Road. Cost per person
will be $25.
- The Autobahn Society called
regarding the Eagle’s nest on the property. Butch informed
them that we were aware of the nest, and have roped off an area
so that it is not disturbed.
- We will be installing a 7"
x 7’6" roll up door to replace the double doors that we
currently use for the 4 wheeler and trailer. Motion made to
replace the door at the most economical price. Motion passed.
- Motion was made to updated the
club by-laws to change the number of consecutive terms that
officers can hold. Motion passed.
- We will be ordering the awards
for shooter of the year. We will be changing to a belt buckle as
the award.
- Mike brought up that the ASA is
bringing back the Mule Deer and Impala targets for 2024 season.
The club will need to purchase 2 of each target to have, and
will get the price to order.
- A motion was made to purchase
Rhinehart targets up to a total limit of $5,000. Motion passed.
