Opened meeting read and accepted treasures report discussed old business: The Annual traditional
rendezvous went well, thanks went out to all who participated and
helped to set it up. Also discussed the making of the experimental new
smaller target bale. New Business:
Discussed in detail on the making of new target bales. We
agreed on getting a few of the smaller sized bags, the making of these
new bales is very labor intensive, so we agreed to get a signup sheet
posted before this weekend's upcoming shoot to try to get members to
commit to volunteering time to help us make these new bags. It was
also agreed to get a few people trained on the process in order to
lead these work parties. We agreed to look into getting a load of
gravel to improve the road leading into the club.
