North Florida Archers meeting minutes
April 4, 2023

The regular monthly club meeting of North Florida Archers was called to order at 7:10 pm by Butch White, Club President

    1. REVIEW OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES

      2. The minutes for the previous meeting was reviewed by Debbie Chesser, Club Secretary and accepted.

    2. REVIEW OF TREASURER’S REPORT

      3. The Treasurer’s report was reviewed by Jeremy Hall, Club Treasurer and accepted.

    3. OLD BUSINESS OR OPEN ISSUES

      4. 2 pallets of foam came in to repair the front target bales

    4. NEW BUSINESS

Approximately $4,000 will be paid out this month for Club insurance.

IBO shoot profited about $1,000 for the Club. There were about 57 shooters. Appreciation expressed to Mike Shea and Jeremy Hall for manning the registration tables.

New range of targets will be purchased from the ASA shoot in Fort Benning.

Tom Swift Rendezvous is coming up; volunteers are needed for Wednesday and Thursday to set up the ranges. There will be 30 targets total. There will be an Iron Man course, Tom Swift Challenge course and a Coon shoot.

The club ordered shirts for the Rendezvous and will be picked up this week by Mike or Debbie Chesser.

Mike Shea will reach out to the 4H club to see if they can provide lunch for the Rendezvous.

Flyer for the Introduction to Archery class needs to be updated to change contact information. Registration information needs to be sent to the NFA lessons email instead of Mike Chesser’s phone number.

Motion to adjourn meeting was made at 7:25 pm and carried.
