REVIEW OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES ·
The minutes for the previous meeting were
reviewed by Nicole Smith, Club Secretary, and accepted.
b) REVIEW
OF TREASURER’S REPORT ·
The Treasurer’s report was reviewed by Jeremy Hall Club Treasurer and
accepted. c) OLD
BUSINESS OR OPEN ISSUES ·
IRS paperwork is still in the processing status, they did not give a time
frame for approval. ·
President Butch White has gotten a new contact with the City of
Jacksonville to get the road patched and old trailer hauled off ·
Next monthly shoot Sunday April 6th, volunteers will be needed
Saturday at 9am. ·
Traditional Rendezvous April 25-27, Volunteers will be needed for set up
starting on April 22nd
Motion
to adjourn the meeting was made at 7:38pm and carried. Meetings
