regular monthly club meeting of North Florida Archers was called to
order at 6:05 pm by Butch White, Club President

REVIEW OF TREASURER’S REPORT ·
The
Treasurer’s report was reviewed by Jeremy Hall, Club Treasurer, and
accepted. b)
OLD BUSINESS OR OPEN ISSUES ·
Club
Workday Sunday January 19th beginning at 9am. The ranges
will be closed until completion of the workday. ·
Tax
exempt paperwork is still being processed by the IRS once approved the
club will be able to apply for grants. ·
c)
NEW BUSINESS ·
Opened
the discussion of a possible Crossbow Lane to be used to sight in
crossbows. They would not be allowed anywhere else on the property
other than the designated lane. Members would be able to shoot up to
60yards. This will be voted on at the February 4th monthly
meeting. ·
Discussed
the possibility of having a meeting to review and update to club
by-laws ·
ASA
Club Membership/ personal membership renewals have opened ·
ASA-
Known Pro stake has been moved to 60yards, per the ASA office the
stake color will be pink. The club will only host 1 tournament this
season requiring the pink stake and will use survey flags. ·
Range
officers- We are excited to announce the election of 2 new range
officers Shane Delance and Greg Timby. ·
Club
Monthly Shoot- Shooter of the Year able to enter until March monthly
shoot, lowest score dropped. Consideration of more class based upon
interest. Motion
to adjourn the meeting was made at Meetings
