Old business: Some mulch has been delivered and distributed. Additional mulch will be forthcoming.

The gate combination has been changed. Active members were notified via telephone.

The line range bales that were facing the wrong direction have been turned. All bales should now be correctly facing the shooting line.

New Business: Approximately 16 youth will be at the club this Friday, March 5,  for instruction. We will need about 5 volunteers for this group.

20 new targets were obtained. Older targets will go to the walking range. The newer targets will be preserved for our monthly shoots.

We have a 3D shoot this Sunday, March 7, 2010. Volunteers will be needed for setup and takedown of the targets

When pulling targets, please do not haphazardly throw them into the trailer. Also, please return them to the racks in the storage shed. Throwing targets and leaving in the trailer causes damage to our 3D targets

Both of the local Gander Mountain stores have agreed to provide donations to the club.

The Club chronograph is broken. Billy Loudermilk will overhaul it and see if it is repairable. If not, we will see about a replacement chronograph when funds are available

Adjournment – the meeting was adjourned at 6:25 pm.
The next meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 7, 2010.
