Meeting was called to order by Billy Loudermilk. The meeting was held off site due to the park being closed because of hurricane damage.
The ethical shoot was discussed and it was agreed to hold it in place of the scheduled November shoot.
Range clean-up was discussed. Billy said there was lots of tree’s and limbs down but overall, damage to the club was minimal. A work day will be held on the 1st Saturday following the re-opening of the park.
The Treasures report was given by Lesa Clifford and accepted by the membership as read.
The January, 2017 work day was discussed and it was agreed upon to rent a dumpster and loader for clean up. Billy will check prices on the rentals. Replacement of the 20 and 30 yard target bails was discussed and we have enough target foam on hand to do this.
It was agreed upon that due to the park closure by hurricane Mathew, all club memberships will be extended by one month from the due date.
Shooter of the year shirts will be ordered by Lesa.
Charlie discussed the annual Christmas party. The due date for money will be 12/9/16. Members will pay $13.00 and non-members will pay $26.00. The event schedule for 2017 was released and posted on the website.
