Butch discussed the upcoming Traditional Championship scheduled for this weekend, July 10th and 11th. Shooters will be allowed to shoot multiple classes and will be required to pick only 1 class to shoot for the Championship round on Sunday. All shooters must decide by Saturday afternoon which class they will shoot on Sunday. Discussed that the Open class will include ANY type of bow. Open class will consist of shooting with any type of aid such as clicker, elevated rest, etc. This class will also consist of anyone that chooses to use the String Walking or Fixed Crawl shooting techniques. The club will utilize the laptops and TV monitors for this shoot. Scores will not be displayed, however shooters will be placed in the order of highest to lowest score. Food vendor will be on site for this shoot. Butch advised that the 220 outlet was installed on the outside of the building for the Vendors to use. Start time on Saturday is 8:00 am, Sunday will be 9:00 am. There will be 3 people required per group with 2 people to score targets. Any scoring disputes will be addressed if necessary, by designated range officials. Target set up will take place on Friday, any volunteers would be greatly appreciated.

Mike Shea discussed the upcoming Compound Championship scheduled for August. There will be ASA scoring with separate men and women’s stakes. A minimum of 3 people to a group with 2 people to score the targets. Scores from Saturday shoot will carry over to the shoot on Sunday. There will be a 50 percent pay out for all Adult classes. There will be a sign up sheet available for anyone that would like to volunteer to help. All classes for this shoot are KNOWN; there has not been enough interest to have an UNKNOWN class. The Sunday shoot will start at 9:00 am.

There has been a new Club email account set up for anyone interested in NFA archery lessons. This email account will be monitored by Mike Chesser and Debbie Lowe. There is a link to the email on the Club website.

Mike Shea made a proposal to purchase a 20 target ASA range for $4,900. The proposal was voted on and the motion was carried. Justin volunteered to drive to Georgia to pick up the targets.

Butch discussed purchasing 2 more targets for the Broadhead range. Also, possibly purchasing targets for the Traditional walk around range from TBOF shoot coming up in August.

Mike Chesser made a proposal to have another review of the Club bylaws. Mike will select a group of Club members and Officers to serve on a committee to review the bylaws. Mike suggested that the club needs to add 3 more official positions: Social Media Director, Tournament Director and Web Master. These positions will not have term limits.
