North Florida Archers meeting minutes
February 3, 2016

Meeting was called to order and the pledge of allegiance was given. A moment of silence was observed for all service men and women at home and abroad.

The meeting again came to order with Mr. Loudermilk requesting the treasures report be given. The report was given by Lesa Clifford. The treasures report was accepted as read by the membership.

No minutes for the previous meeting were available.

Mr. Nelson discussed the upcoming lock change for the club gate and storage. Members will be notified a few days in advance before the change is made and the new combination will be given.

Mr. Loudermilk thanked the membership for the hard work that was done on the annual work day. 4 new targets were placed on the line, the fence was extended to the waterline, targets repaired and general range cleanup. The location of the vandalizing hog was discussed and no recent sightings have been reported. His whereabouts are currently unknown. Mr. Nelson relayed reports of man exposing himself to people on the bike trails in the area and advised everyone to be aware of their surroundings while on the property.

Election of club officers was called by Mr. Loudermilk for the 2016 calendar year.

A  motion was made to nominate and elect the following members. All were elected by the membership.

John Morris, Sr. Range Officer. Michael Chesser, Secretary, Lesa Clifford, Treasurer, Will Clifford, Vice President and Billy Loudermilk, President. Additionally, two members were added to the Board of Directors. Darian Bailey and Tim Perkins.

The shooter of the year award was discussed and the rules will be made available at the club shoot on February 7th. All business being concluded, a motion was made and carried to adjourn the meeting.
