meeting was called to order at 6 pm and opened with the Pledge of
Allegiance and a moment of silence for our troops.
Charles Laughlin presented the
treasurerís report. Report was approved as presented
Jim Parsons read minutes of the
September 2, 2009 meeting. Minutes were approved as read.
Mulch will continue to be delivered for about 2 months. Mulch will be
distributed when deliveries have ended
Business: The annual Traditional Rendezvous will be held April
16-18. Volunteers will be needed for setup, Friday the 16th and
teardown Sunday the 18th. NOTE: The entire range will be closed the
weekend of the rendezvous.
We will have a 3D shoot April 11. NOTE: The line
range will be closed during the shoot
instruction continues to be a popular attraction with youth groups
Charlie Nelson reported the City Parks Director has commented on
the positive input the archery club has made to the parks division.
